Work the field · July 2026
The workshop-submission pipeline: which ML venues we pitch, when their windows open, and where each proposal stands.
We aim to submit AI-welfare / digital-minds / machine-consciousness workshop proposals to roughly ten ML conferences in August–September 2026, targeting conferences from February 2027 onward. At typical acceptance rates we expect about three workshops to be produced. Submitted and accepted counts below are computed live from the table.
10
Target submissions
Proposals out the door in Aug–Sep 2026.
0
Submitted
Proposals that have gone to a program committee.
0
Accepted
Workshops confirmed on a conference program.
3
Expected produced
Planning assumption at typical workshop acceptance rates.
Ten proposals in, three workshops out.
The goal is not the workshops themselves — it is legitimacy, citations, leaders, and lab/non-lab collaboration for the field.
Click a status chip to advance it (scouting → drafting → submitted → accepted → passed). Click a notes cell to edit inline; everything persists locally. CFP windows are typical patterns, not confirmed dates — every window is marked verify until checked against the venue's own call.
